Analysis of Election Results by Socio-Economic Development Level

ÖZET

The section correlates the district-based results of the March 31st Local Elections with the 2022 SEGE (Socio-Economic Development Index) scores. In addition, provinces are divided into four clusters according to the number of voters and compared in terms of voter preferences:

  • Distribution of SEGE clusters by regions
  • District municipal council vote preferences by socio-economic development levels of districts (March 31, 2024)
  • Municipal council votes and municipal councils shifted from Ak Parti to other parties by socio-economic development levels
  • Distribution of voters, absentee voters and invalid votes by clusters
  • Municipal council votes by voter size clusters
