Türkiye'nin NATO üyeliği Türkiye kamuoyunda meşruiyetini sürdürmeye devam ediyor. Zaman zaman ABD-İran Savaşı gibi gelişmeler, müttefiklik ilişkisine dair güveni zedelese de hükümetin yürüttüğü pro-NATO ve ittifak içi diplomasi adımları iktidar bloku seçmeninde NATO üyeliğine desteği yükseltiyor. Toplumun önemli bir kısmı güvenlik önlemleri ve harcanan bütçenin NATO Zirvesi'ni gölgede bıraktığını düşünse de beşte ikilik bir kesim de bunlara rağmen zirveyi Türkiye'nin itibarı için önemli görüyor.
